Why High Cube

Built for off-grid living

High-cube ISO shells deliver the security, insulation, and portability that hunters, outfitters, and remote landowners need.

  • Locking vestibules: Original container doors protect the insulated man-door entry. Bolt-on locking bars and optional alarm hardware keep firearms and optics safe between trips.
  • Transportable by design: Built to ISO standards, both 20' and 40' high-cube units can relocate as your lease or property changes. Standard trucking—no special permits required.
  • Insulated for any climate: Insulated throughout to keep your bedding comfortable year-round.

How It Works

From order to off-grid ready in 90 days

We handle fabrication and off-grid systems while you prepare your site.

  1. 1

    Choose your model

Choose between our 20' and 40' high-cube shells. Both come fully insulated with locking vestibules and off-grid prewiring.

  2. 2

    Build + spec confirmation

Our fabrication team cuts openings, builds interior framing, and installs insulation. We ship a final spec package covering finishes and appliances for your approval before locking in production.

  3. 3

    Delivery + set

We work with you to determine the best options for loading and delivery—tilt bed trailer or crane service to deliver to site and set on your foundation (piers, helical piles, or slab). Final hookups for power, water, and waste are your responsibility. Waste consultations are available.
